TrolMaster Digital Day Night Temperature Controller Beta-4

The BETA-4 can control any heating or cooling device rated at 10 amps or less. To use, simply connect the device to the power outlet located at the bottom of the BETA-4. It operates with three buttons, features a digital display, and allows for separate "day/night" temperature settings, along with a built-in photocell.
