1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Healthy Garden Limited, New Zealand. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Payment

Orders are only packed once payment has been received or, for pick up orders, arranged. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

4. Stock

We do our best to keep stock levels accurate. If something you ordered is unavailable we will contact you and offer a substitute, a back order or a refund.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.

6. Product use

Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and all applicable New Zealand law.
