Faulty products

Everything we sell is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product fails within its warranty period, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Change of mind

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund, less the original shipping cost. Nutrients, additives and any product with a broken seal cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

How to start a return

Email healthygardenmanager@gmail.com with your order number, the product and what has gone wrong. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us - we will tell you where to send it.
