Where we deliver

We ship anywhere in New Zealand. Rural delivery is available and may add one to two working days.

What it costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. Orders over the free shipping threshold ship free - the checkout tells you how close you are.

How long it takes

• Auckland: usually next working day.
• Rest of the North Island: one to two working days.
• South Island: two to three working days.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are packed the same day. Bulky items such as tents, tanks and lighting may be sent on a separate freight service.

Tracking

We email tracking details as soon as your order leaves the store. If something has not turned up when you expected, email healthygardenmanager@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it.
